Capo Vaticano

Rocky Capo Vaticano is in the Ricadi district southwest of Vibo Valentia near Tropea. It is situated on the western slope of Monte Poro and forms the natural watershed between the Gulf of Gioia and the Gulf of Sant' Eufamia. With its inviting sandy beaches the coast is one of the most atmospheric and impressive in Calabria and in the whole of the Mediterranean. It lives up to its name of Costa degli Dei (Coast of the Gods).
